Miniatures would like to invite you to our Eighth Annual
Production Sale.
This year we
are trying something new, an On Line Production Sale! With our
struggling economy, everyone is looking for ways to cut costs.
No overhead for us, no transporting, no stress, no exposure to
disease and injury. Cutting these costs means lower prices for
Buyers, healthier horses and less expense for and me.
Everything
works the same as a live auction, but a much simpler solution
with, hopefully the same out come! We will have many horses up
for your consideration. Mares will be vet checked in foal,
unless other wise stated, all Mares sell with live foal
guarantees.
We will keep
horses for 30 days free of charge, until you can arrange
shipping. We can also transport horses to you at a reasonable
cost.
All horses will
come with a accurate measurement and with good bites. There will
be bred Mares, Young Mares, Young Colts, Stallions and Show
horses, some will be at the World Show. The Catalog is up now,
so go and look and sign up for a bidder # by following the link
on the catalog or the link below. You have to secure your
bidders number with a credit card number, but you can send a
check after you purchase a horse. (That will save Credit Card
and Pay Pal charges).

All horses are
sold as is, with all information disclosed in their
descriptions. If you have questions please ask prior to
bidding.

This is NOT a
live auction. It will be run similar to an EBay type
auction, but there are no hidden fees.

We consider your
bid to be a commitment of purchase or intent to purchase the
horse you bid on. Anyone who does not honor a bid or a
win will be banned from future sales.

All Bidders must
register for a bidder number. You can do so at this

All Bids must be
received by email to
Auction Bid Submission
a) Bids will be posted in the order that they are received.
b) Bids will be posted to the website as quickly as we can
get to them. Please refresh your page to see the
current
bids.
c) If you have emailed a bid and you don't see it reflected
on the page within 14 hours please email us to confirm that
we have received the initial bid.
d) Only bids with valid bidder numbers will be accepted.
e) Bids will be posted under the appropriate horse.
Bidder # and price will be displayed. Refresh for
changes.
f) Bids are to be made in $100 increments or
more. Bids under $100 will NOT be accepted.
g) Proxy bidding is not applicable due to this auction
be run by hand. In other words, if you maximum bid is
$1000 on a horse and that's what you send in...that's what
will be posted.

Auction will run
through the date and time determined and designated.
All times will be governed by Eastern Standard time.
We will post as prominently as possible.

Final bid
received and time stamped prior to the end of auction (EST)
will be the bid that is honored.

Payment is
expected within 24 hour following the sale.

Horses may remain
at the sales farm for 30 days at no additional charge while
transportation is arranged. After that period a daily fee,
to be designated by the seller, will be implemented
and will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Additional terms and conditions may be added prior to the
